About Showcase 2023

In Kaluluwa (based on Disney Pixar’s “Soul”), we follow the story of Mac Gregor, an aspiring FSA member whose dream is to choreograph a special performance with Maja Salvador. And after a few pulled strings, Mac is finally given that chance. Eager to prove himself, all is riding on Mac’s ability as a dancer. With the AKA program around the corner, do his aspirations for dance match his ability as a kuya? He joined the program to tell his future ading all about showcase and hopefully, they would be just like him: both extremely passionate for dance! But, when Mac is paired with a less than enthusiastic ading, 25, he struggles to get her motivated toward FSA. However, Mac doesn’t give up. Trying eagerly to find 25’s passion, he shares his perspective in the club, despite her dismissive attitude. The pair then go on a life-changing journey to figure out what it means to have a passion.
